Ijara Properties Ltd, formally, ijara Estate Agency Ltd, is a company founded in Mombasa, Kenya as a real estate agent firm in 2011.
With a branch office located in Parklands, Nairobi, we are positioned to serve our clientele in the capital city. Our main aim is to facilitate prompt and satisfactory results in the services we offer to our clients and to ensure that the same is marked with excellence.
What we do
As property managers, we offer the following services:
- Rent collection.
- Letting/Re-letting
- Preparation of statements and accounts.
- Major and minor repairs, renovations and maintenance.
- Advise on status of property market.
- Negotiating for new leases.
- Renewal of leases and rent reviews.
- making payments on behalf to all operating costs i.e. security, insurance, municipal rates, premiums etc.
- Transfer of rent proceeds to bank accounts.
- Project management
- Selling of property and plots.
- consultancy services in relation to real estate.
- Facilitating handover from developer to landlord.
